The mission of the Association québécoise de l'industrie du cannabis (AQIC) is to advance the Quebec cannabis industry to its full potential and encourage innovation through science and technology. AQIC provides a space to share information and reflect on common challenges and opportunities. AQIC provides a space for sharing information and reflection on common challenges and opportunities. The association ensures the analysis of policies to suggest best practices to government authorities while disseminating relevant information to the public. In view of its upcoming general meetings and in order to promote membership, AQIC has asked to develop a brochure as well as 5 corporate documents.
Challenges.
The main challenge was to prioritize, sort and organize the textual information. In the case of the brochure, certain elements such as the various types of members had to be communicated using visuals only. As for the documents, a large amount of information such as the bylaws, the code of conduct, myths about cannabis, the strategic plan and the governance policy had to be presented in a dynamic and interesting way. In addition, in line with its communication axis, the client was looking to adopt a clean, modern and balanced graphic approach.
Outcomes.
Through the choice of graphic elements as well as a harmony communicated by a rhythm in the texts, the brochure reflects the mission of the organization and the values it wishes to convey. Through a dynamic and modern visual approach, the information detailed in the pages is both coherent and structured in order to facilitate the reading of the document. In short, the whole is attractive and modern while perfectly respecting the brand image.
