Mental health and wellness.

The Ordre des Travailleurs Sociaux et des Thérapeutes Conjugaux et Familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) organized an advertisement campaign to raise awareness on mental health and wellness, especially in the current health crisis pandemic. The website was to be used as a communication tool to bring together the videos created by Les Productions Chaumont as part of the campaign, as well as external resources. Users may find the resources they need to consult a professional, learn about social workers and therapists, and download tools to promote the campaign.

The landing page, as designed for a campaign organized by the Ordre des Travailleurs Sociaux et des Thérapeutes Conjugaux et Familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ), was developed from the visual identity which was created by the artist Amélie Chaumont. She also designed the graphic elements that constitute the website.

Challenges.

The main challenge was to incorporate all the content on a single web page while ensuring that the site organization was clean and dynamic. Indeed, with several videos, outgoing links and downloadable content, it was difficult to ensure that the site page remained user-friendly and not too busy. There was also a lot of textual information that was added throughout the process.

Outcomes

To meet the main requirements properly, we took the decision to split the information on two pages: one for social workers and one for marriage and family counsellor. This change enabled us to reorganize the information in a more coherent and consistent way. Moreover, since all information wasn’t meant to be released at the same time, this strategy made it easier for the web integrator to hide and reveal content.
